Applications
Ideal cables for energy chains in automated production processes where wire flexibility is required. It is designed with a special structure, which is more suitable for installation in moving mechanical parts or machine tools running at high speeds. This flexible cable is suitable for all areas where frequent movement is required, including the mechanical industry, robotics and all high-speed movable machine components. The PUR outer jacket is extremely strong and resistant to tears, abrasion and oil.
structure
Multiple strands are finely twisted into bundles of fine bare copper wire conductors or tinned copper wires
Special tensile PE or PVC or SR-PVC mixture core insulation (color can be customized according to customer requirements)
Core wire twisted into a cable
Aluminum foil Mylar belt is 100% covered with shielding or wire core plastic film and can be added with an inner sheath
(tinned) copper wire shielding with 85% coverage
Highly abrasion-resistant and oil-resistant PUR-based compound outer sheath for energy chains
peculiarity
High mechanical strength and excellent electrical properties enable the cable to meet stringent electrical and mechanical performance requirements and can be installed and used under more demanding conditions
It has oil resistance and wear resistance, and is non-stick
Antimicrobial, hydrolyzed, oxidative, ozone
No hazardous substances and RoHS compliant
Multi-standard cabling cables are UL-CSA and other approvals that meet U.S. and Canadian standards, allowing the cable to be used in both the North American market.
The ANYCERT cable PUR series is designed for approximately 5 million cycles of bending in the energy chain
performance
Rated temperature 80°C
Operating voltage: 300 V
Oil, flame retardant and flame spread: CSA FT1 and UL VW-1
